About Pauly

For much of my life, I lived almost entirely in my head.

I trained in economics and accounting, worked in large corporate environments, and later moved into cybersecurity — roles that rewarded analysis, control, and problem-solving. From the outside, things looked stable and successful.

Over time, my body began to say otherwise.

I became increasingly unwell in ways that logic couldn’t explain or resolve. What I eventually recognised was a deep sensitivity to stress, environments, and emotional load — including material that wasn’t always my own.

That realisation marked a turning point.

The work I offer now grew out of learning how to come out of the mind and back into the body — how regulation, awareness, and presence can restore clarity and movement when force and effort no longer work.

I don’t see myself as a healer, and I don’t fix people.

I work with awareness, presence, and the body’s own intelligence — creating the conditions for reconnection and integration to occur naturally.

Alongside this work, I also run a long-established video production business and work as an inventor on new product ideas. I’m comfortable moving between analytical, creative, and embodied worlds — and I don’t see these as separate.

This work isn’t an escape from life; it’s something that integrates with it.

This work is especially suited to people who are capable, thoughtful, and outwardly functioning — yet inwardly carrying more than they realise.

A space to settle, listen, and reconnect.

What to expect in a session

We begin with a short conversation.

This is simply a chance to slow things down, get a sense of what’s present for you, and establish a shared understanding of why you’ve come. There’s no need to prepare anything in advance.

From there, you’ll be invited to lie down on a table. The work itself is quiet and non-invasive. I bring my own system into a regulated, settled state and work energetically with you, rather than directing or guiding you to “do” anything. You don’t need to focus, visualise, or try to make something happen.

People experience this part of the session in different ways. Some notice physical sensations, others emotional shifts, imagery, or a deep sense of rest. Some simply feel calm or spacious. There is no right experience.

We finish with time to talk through what you noticed and any awarenesses that emerged. This helps integrate the experience and relate it back to everyday life, without analysis or interpretation being imposed.

Sessions are not about fixing or forcing change.

They are about creating the conditions for awareness, regulation, and reconnection to emerge naturally.

Who this work is for / not for

This work may be a good fit if you

  • are capable, thoughtful, and generally functioning in your life

  • carry a high level of responsibility or demand, often without much space to pause

  • feel regulated on the surface, yet notice persistent internal pressure, fatigue, or unrest

  • are open to experiential, energetic work rather than techniques or problem-solving

  • value awareness, reflection, and integration over quick fixes

You don’t need to know exactly what’s happening or why.

You just need a willingness to notice what’s present.

This work may not be the right fit if you:

  • are looking for guaranteed outcomes, diagnoses, or rapid solutions

  • want to be told what to do or have something “done to” you

  • are seeking crisis support or acute mental health treatment

  • prefer structured programs, step-by-step methods, or techniques

This work is gentle, relational, and non-directive.

It doesn’t replace medical, psychological, or crisis care.
